How Membership Works
One membership for the whole house
Members get skilled technicians at the lowest rates, with simple and transparent pricing.

Join for $120 a year and get member rates from our installers and repair technicians.

We dispatch
A technician comes to you. Each $120 dispatch covers travel time plus 2 hours on site.
Done, start to finish
We stay for the full duration to fix everything — extra time beyond the first 2 hours is $60/hour.

Charged automatically once a year to the card on file.
- Dispatch labor$120/ dispatch
Includes travel time plus 2 hours on site — 1.5 hours if there’s no parking in front of your home or we’d need metered parking.
- Additional time$60/ hour
When a job needs more time after the first 2 (or 1.5) hours.
All fees are subject to change with 30 days’ advance notice. All amounts are in USD.
