Having a membership means accessing the best installers, repair technicians and other professionals at the lowest prices. Here’s exactly how it works and what it costs.

How It Works

Four simple steps

  1. Become a member

    Join for $120 a year and get member rates from our installers and repair technicians.

  2. Send us your list

    Call or email with everything that needs attention — one item or a dozen.

  3. We dispatch

    A technician comes to you. Each $120 dispatch covers travel time plus 2 hours on site.

  4. Done, start to finish

    We stay for the full duration to fix everything — extra time beyond the first 2 hours is $60/hour.

Fees & Costs

Simple, transparent pricing

  • Yearly membership
    $120/ year

    Charged automatically once a year to the card on file.

  • Dispatch labor
    $120/ dispatch

    Includes travel time plus 2 hours on site — 1.5 hours if there’s no parking in front of your home or we’d need metered parking.

  • Additional time
    $60/ hour

    When a job needs more time after the first 2 (or 1.5) hours.

All fees are subject to change with 30 days’ advance notice. All amounts are in USD.

  • Billed yearlyThe membership fee is charged automatically once a year to the card on file, until you cancel in writing.
  • Parking mattersA dispatch includes 2 hours on site when we have parking for our technician, or 1.5 hours when we don’t.
  • What we take onMost jobs under about 3 hours, including plumbing and electrical work that doesn’t require a city permit.
